By registering for or using Tesla Studio, you agree to all of the terms below and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of use

You use Tesla Studio for video production only, in compliance with the law, and you do not create or upload harmful content or content that infringes copyright or the rights of others.

2. Account

Accounts are registered with a phone number or email. You keep your password secure and are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Third-party service accounts you connect

Tesla Studio works with third-party AI services and platforms (for example services from Google, ElevenLabs, MiniMax, Vbee, Maziao and AI chat services) through your own accounts and access keys (API keys). When you sign in to or connect those accounts in the app, you authorise Tesla Studio to automatically perform, on your behalf, the actions needed to provide its features, including: creating, reading and storing access keys (API keys) for those services on your accounts; sending the content you process (text, images, voice, video) to those services to create and edit content.

Access keys are stored on your computer and used only for Tesla Studio features. You can delete a key in Settings or revoke it on each service's management page at any time.

Use of third-party services is also subject to each provider's own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms and for the quotas and costs (if any) on your accounts.

4. Plans and payment

Plans, the FREE plan and payment follow the information shown in the app and on the Pricing page.

5. Intellectual property

Tesla Studio's software, interface and way of operating belong to Tesla Studio. You may not copy, reverse engineer, extract or recreate the software or its operating workflow in any form.
